Bye bye.

I’m leaving for Amsterdam tomorrow. It’s fashion week and our Dutch partner is putting on a fashion show (with Doutzen Kroes) and an afterparty.

I’m also about to meet this gentleman for the first time, so depending on how much he’s got planned for me, I might be able to put together a blog post or two.

Otherwise see you again on Monday!

Playful with a witty mind.

I mentioned briefly the other week in my Mad Men post that we’re launching a new kids line in the fall. A boy’s collection will be released just in time for Christmas followed by a complete line for the little ones (boys and girls) in spring. Very exciting!

So Lisa and I’ve got our hands full researching playful graphic elements, so that when Ida gets back from her holiday we can finalise the packaging and story telling. This lady has caught our attention, Jessica Romberg. Playful with a witty mind, I’d say.

Rosendal.

I love indulging my city. Yesterday, Elin and I walked across town to Rosendal, the valley of roses. I have some lovely childhood memories from this beautiful garden.

How was your weekend?

The Cojones.

I love the latest Swedish Export entry from Marcus Niemi in Sweden. He’s also one of the three in this monthly challenge; The Cojones. Do we smell victory?

With one week to go, you can still beat him!

Here are some of my favourite Swedish Exports from the past week, who are all about to receive a little surprise from me…

Five things that make me happy!

Two of my favourite girls; Sam and Gabbi have tagged me - do make sure you sneak pass their blogs and say hello. Here are my five things that make me happy!

Et Psst if you click on the images, you get a very short photo description…

B&W photography. If I wasn’t in the fashion business, I could see myself working in a small gallery as an art curator. I mean, who can resist Bruce Davidson and Hedi Slimane…?

Or perhaps in the film industry. I love watching films based on true stories and real people as much as I like working on my own projects. One day I might show you something…

Victoria, Elin, Anna and Rebecca. These beautiful girls mean the world to me and over the years they’ve become like family. It’s not often the five of us are all together but when we are, it’s just magic!

Dancing. As you can see, my two left feet can’t keep up with a partner (or two), but they do know how to work the dancefloor on their own!

And finally. Matchboxes. I started collecting matchboxes years and years ago as a little memory from all new cities (and bars) I’d visited. But now I just keep them for their great looks!

I should probably have added a note on underwear too (because I do love it) but that’d been too obvious, lol. Next on the tag are Sassy, Daniel J, Diane and Anika if they fancy it!
