Just popped in to say hi, got a day off today. Been working all weekend and also trying to wrap up the final two Close Ups. One we have in mind is this lovely girl, Lykke Li. If it works out we should be shooting this week.

It’s 6am. Jimmy and I are on our way to Berlin for the day!

Although excited about the meet with our new German partners, I really despise early mornings. But Uffie’s Pop the Glock, recently featured on my dear Dennis’ blog here, is the perfect wake up call. Rise and shine you!

I’m suffering from blogger’s block, so started torturing my peeps at the design department to give me some goss on what’s happening on their turf.  But until then and having just watched my favourite movie, Girl on the bridge (Fille sur le pont) starring Vanessa Paradis, these stills receive my full attention!

I’ve got my hands on Macarena San Martín’s new book Patterns in Fashion. Each spread forms a flat design on one page and its piece of clothing on the opposite page. With most of the designers from Berlin, Amsterdam, Helsinki and all the way from Sydney, this is very appealing eye candy!
