A botanical garden.

by insider. on April 20, 2009

Hope your weekend was good!

Think most of you are getting into the summer spirit (except those of you south of the equator…). Look what was on my table when I got in this morning, lots of new girly pattern ideas!

Mmm, tartans inspired by a picnic rug.

Rock’n’roll bows.

We’re up in six floral patterns closely approaching the look of a botanical garden but the question is…

The product team are keen on a few more, whereas the designers would rather draw birds, bows, heels etc. (Moodboard by me here.) Any other ideas on what would look nice on a piece of undies?

Hmmm, what an unusual yet very interesting post this is! hahaha. I can’t give you any useful advice sadly, I’ve always beena a lace or cotton underwear-wearer teehee

hmmmm. i have some dkny lingerie that has tiny ribbons in select places. it is very cute and very sexy. i think i like ribbons (but real ribbons, not drawings of ribbons if that makes sense).

I’m a sucker for girls undies with stripes. I like the first pattern though, but I also like the bubble-picture of the moodboard…I don’t know how to explain. It’s a cute inspiring picture.
Oh, about my date, the lil video was such fun!! But I wonder what’s going to be shown when I choose ‘having sex’?? Why am I always such a decent guy? I should be more dirty.

The first thing that crossed my mind when seeing the first picture was Piet Mondriaan haha. But after two seconds I realised how silly that is, because it is quite a common used pattern. I like the colour palette, very girly.
