Close Up - Emil Klang.

Close Up continues… This time we meet Emil Klang, a director and cinema photographer who’s all about blurring the line between narrative, fiction, documentary and fashion.

As the perfect Swedish Export, we’ve had the pleasure to work with him a number of times. On Björn Borg introducing a year of colour as seen here as well as on this arty candy interpretation of our Love All collection here.

And Psst high five for the golden trunks!

Are you a Swedish Export?

We’re looking for many more Swedish Exports to join our mission. Plus we’re also looking for fun and exciting people to be part of our Close Up profiles as seen here and below, which we’re producing together with Vice and VBS.tv.

If you think you fit the bill, drop me an email (insider@bjornborg.com) with a photo and tell me who you are and why you should be considered.

Looking forward to hear from you!

Strange Kinoko Dance Company.

Happy New Year to you all!

It’s been a while but now I’m back for good, or well at least until my next holiday. Because you do get a bit keen on traveling when meeting these girls.

Our Swedish Exports Strange Kinoko Dance Company from Tokyo, Japan were so syrupy sweet that it brought tears to our eyes. Their performances are like little explosions of joy and their laughter more infectious than swine flu. Enjoy!

Happy Christmas.

In a couple of days I’m off to the Alps to celebrate Christmas with my extended family. So as it’s my last day in the office I thought I’d give you a pressie. Giorni Vacanzieri (Fare Soldi remix) by the gritty and rough Ex-Otago boys, as Drollgirl might have described them.

But while I’m away, you will get to acquaint yourselves with my colleagues a bit better. Especially my gem Ida, art director here at Björn Borg, will treat you to lots of eyecandy over the next couple of weeks.

Happy Christmas and best wishes for the New Year - see you all again in January!

And Psst, if you enjoyed this video make sure you also watch our Close Up with Ex-Otago here, produced together with VBS.tv.
