The Broken hearts.
No, I didn’t have my heart broken. Quite the opposite, actually.
At Chez Moune the other night, I befriended Nisha and Amber from The Broken Hearts (who’re also behind vintage heaven Beyond Retro.)
Unfortunately, I missed out on their Paris show due to another engagement. But do have a listen here for some fine 1920-1960s beats.
As you can tell, their act is full of the style and panache that leave onlookers gawping enviously from the sidelines. Even off stage.
